About the Author: Gail Simmons is a trained culinary expert, the special projects director at Food & Wine, and a judge on Bravo's Emmy-winning series Top Chef since its inception in 2006. Simmons makes frequent television appearances on TodayGood Morning AmericaThe Chew, and The Talk, and has been featured in New York magazineTravel + LeisureGQ, and People, among others. Her first book, a memoir titled Talking with My Mouth Full: My Life as a Professional Eater, was published in 2012. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.

If you plan to stay for lunch and eat in the dining room, please pay the à la carte meal rate upon entrance. Thank you and enjoy the show!

The cutting edge venue at the dining halls is the Xhibition Kitchen, located at 11 Speare Place inside Stetson West Eatery. A variety of programs are hosted in this innovative kitchen which include chef demonstrations, cooking classes, book signings and interactive display cooking.
