About: Maureen Timmons '14, Ed.D. is the Director of Dining Services at Northeastern University. As director, she oversees all 31 dining locations on campus.

As a proud member of the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative (MCURC) Maureen chairs the Education Working Group and is a member of the Leadership Council, Directors of Dining Committee, an the Research Working Group.

Maureen has had a long-term commitment to amplifying co-creations between dining services, students, faculty and staff to enrich the overall educational experience--continually seeking opportunities to infuse learning and sharing into the dining programs. She holds degrees from The Culinary Institute of America (AOS), Johnson & Wales University (BS in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management and MS in Managerial Technology), and a doctorate of education (Ed.D.) in higher education from Northeastern.

The Xhibition Kitchen is an innovative space for experiential learning, located at 11 Speare Place inside Food Hall at Stetson West. A variety of programs are hosted in this cutting-edge kitchen which include chef demonstrations, cooking classes, book signings and interactive display cooking.
