About the guest: Adam Centamore is a wine, chocolate and cheese educator with over seven years of experience in teaching classes, conducting seminars and providing consulting for people who are excited to explore the fine foods and wines of the world. What began as an educational curiosity at Boston University quickly exploded into a full-blown passion. From managing at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge to his current role as portfolio administrator for the equally-lauded wine purveyor, Bin Ends Wines, he remains dedicated to constantly learning and sharing that knowledge and excitement with his students and clients. His first book, Tasting Wine & Cheese - An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing, was recently nominated for the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals cookbook of the year award. He truly enjoys what he does. Adam's always excited to meet new people who love to eat, drink and learn.

The Xhibition Kitchen is an innovative space for experiential learning, located at 11 Speare Place inside Food Hall at Stetson West. A variety of programs are hosted in this cutting-edge kitchen which include chef demonstrations, cooking classes, book signings and interactive display cooking.
