Enjoy your meals at our three residential dining rooms: International Village, Levine Marketplace, and Stetson West Eatery. All offer a wide range of menu choices in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
International Village Dining is the first college or university dining facility in the United States to earn both a 3-Star Green Restaurant Association® certification and LEED Gold status. This award-winning venue features a global culinary experience and offers a taste of cultures from around the world. From tandoor ovens, a sushi bar, dedicated Kosher station, and halal options, the possibilities are endless. In addition, the Zone 7 station prepares menu items made without seven major food allergens: eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish.
The award-winning Levine Marketplace features eight unique stations offering a wide assortment of both homestyle classics and the latest culinary trends. Anything your palate desires – from a charbroiled all-natural beef burger to a made-to-order omelet – is available at Levine Marketplace! Enjoy a freshly made wrap, a crisp, delicious salad at the salad bar, or a variety of pizzas and pasta. And vegetarians need not worry: there is a complete array of vegan and vegetarian offerings every day. Homestyle baked goods from our bakery, including the campus’ favorite chocolate chip cookies, are the perfect conclusion to your meal in Levine Marketplace.
Stetson West Eatery is home to our most popular residential dining concept: made-to-order stir fry. Choose your own combination of fresh vegetables, succulent sauces, and seasoned proteins and watch as our chefs sauté them together on our huge flattop grill. Stetson West Eatery also offers an array of gourmet pizzas and calzones from the brick oven, specialty sandwiches and salads at the deli, and a variety of classic hot entrées.
We invite you to select and eat what you like in the dining rooms; however, removal of food, glassware, utensils and china is not permitted.
One unique feature at the Stetson West Eatery is the Xhibition Kitchen. Over the past twelve years in this innovative kitchen, we have hosted over 360 interactive cooking programs, including cooking demonstrations and cookbook signings with more than 30 James Beard Award winners.
