Kigo Kitchen is concept based in Seattle, WA. Founder Steve Hooper came up with the idea for the fast, fresh, and healthy stir-fry concept while he was a graduate student at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business. The focused list of fresh vegetables, starches, proteins, and sauces allows Kigo Kitchen to concentrate solely on those ingredients to create fresh, memorable dishes. With the option to “Build Your Own” entrée or select a Kigo Kreations™ – a chef-inspired suggestion of protein, Kigo Veg, zest, and more – the choices for your “Asian Inspired, Quick Fired” meal are endless.
